Deprecation announcement for legacy onboarding for Starburst (Trino) integrations
What's changing
Use Immuta connections to configure your Starburst (Trino) integration and register data sources.
As part of our commitment to delivering the best possible onboarding experience, by June 30th, 2026, Immuta will no longer support onboarding Starburst (Trino) data sources using the legacy method.
Impact
A banner will be displayed to Immuta administrators for tenants that have not been upgraded to Starburst (Trino) connections yet. This will redirect you to the Upgrade Manager where you can initiate the process to upgrade any remaining integrations from the legacy onboarding pattern.
