On by default: case-insensitive Starburst (Trino) principal name matching

Image #1

Immuta’s Starburst (Trino) integration now treats Trino principal names as case insensitive when matching them to users and service accounts registered in Immuta. Beginning July 1, this change will be in effect for all customers who have not opted out.

Previously, Trino principals had to match the exact capitalization of the corresponding user or service account in Immuta. With this update, principal names are matched regardless of case, helping ensure more consistent and reliable user and service account identification.
